Good Morning RESPA Members,
The District is no longer on school closure; therefore, effective Monday, June 15, 2020, all 10 Month A, 11 Month, 11 Month Flex and 12 Month employees are to report to our work site to re-start our duties and responsibilities for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year. Please review the attached MOU, and also, refer back to the attached 2019-2020 work year calendar that provides end date(s).
When we report to work next week Monday, June 15, 2020, our administrator will meet with us to talk about the developed safety guidelines for our site and/or department. We all need to continue wearing face covering when reporting to work.
Since the District is no longer closed, we are all required to report our absences per Article 8.1 that outlines, “…..Unit members must enter their absence into the substitute management system at least one (1) hour prior to the start of their workday shift, except in extenuating circumstances.”
Anyone who is absent due to COVID-19, must enter their absences in Frontline as COVID-19. Please be advised Human Resources will contact you pertaining to your available leaves per the HR6201 or other relevant leaves.
Lastly, all 10 Month A, 11 Month, 11 Month Flex and 12 Month employees need to refer back to the attached 2020-2021 work year calendar, it will assist you when reporting to work for the 2020-2021 school year.
Please be advised the Association and District will continue to work together to find solutions for the opening of the 2020-2021 school year; therefore, stay tuned.
