It is important that you read the attached memorandum from the Superintendent, Mauricio Arellano.
All 11 month flex and 12 month employees are not to report to work tomorrow and Tuesday, March 17, 2020. Employees are on a pay status who must be available during your contractual hours in case you are called to report to work due to an emergency situation. I would like to emphasize that it is your responsibility to make yourself available on both days. If the District is unable to reach you, you could potentially be docked.
Furthermore, the District will also be closed to the public tomorrow and Tuesday, March 17, 2020.
